Chocolate Pecan Pie

Crust: Oreo crust (can buy ready made)
Freeze crust ahead of time

Mix 1 ½ c brown sugar, 1 c light Karo syrup, and 1 ½ c butter. Melt together and boil for 1 minute. Add ½ c whipping cream and 3 c pecans. Boil for 3 minutes. Add 2 – 1oz. squares of unsweetened chocolate. Pour into frozen shell and bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 hours in frig. Set out before serving, it will be solid. Serves 2 pies.
