You’ll need two packages of strawberries for this sweet bread recipe!
Recipe: Strawberry Bread
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
4 eggs
1 ¼ c. pecans, chopped
1 ¼ c. oil
Mix dry ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir and mix well. Pour in 2 pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
