There are many variations of “Rhubarb Dessert”, this one comes to me from my mother-in-law, Corinne James. It is interesting to me in that it uses a cake mix and jello.
Layer in 9 x 13 pan (ungreased)
4 c rhubarb
1 c sugar
1 pkg. yellow or white cake
3 oz pkg. strawberry jello
1 c hot water (pour over)
Dot with ⅓ c melted margarine or butter
Bake 350° for 45 min.
