Despite the name, this recipe is not that hard to make!
Recipe: Impossible Rhubarb Pie
3 c. finely chopped rhubarb
Put rhubarb in a 10-inch greased deep dish pie plate
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 T. oleo, melted
Blend above ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
