This week’s recipe is another one from Innkeeper Bonnie!
Recipe: Party Potatoes
8 oz. French onion sour cream dip
6 oz. cream cheese
2 T. butter or margarine
8 med. potatoes
3 to 4 slices of American cheese
Peel and boil potatoes. Whip in a bowl. Add butter, French onion sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper if desired. When all ingredients are blended, put into serving bowl and top with cheese. Cover so cheese will melt. Yields approximately 2-quart bowl. It is possible to make potatoes ahead. Then rewarm and add cheese at serving time.
