1 lemon cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant pineapple pudding mix (or lemon)
1 flat can crushed pineapple, drained
10 oz. of 7-Up
Blend all above ingredients and bake at 350° in a 9×13-inch pan. Frost when cool with following icing.
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
1/2 box powdered sugar
Blend until fluffy. May sprinkle with coconut.
