Recipe: Coconut Pie

Coconut Pie

½ c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained
3 eggs, beaten
3 T. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
¾ stick oleo
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or till it is brown.
