Recipe: Quick Pumpkin Bread

This recipe was from Innkeeper Bonnie’s mom, Jean Barnhill and is a family favorite in the Fall. 

Quick Pumpkin Bread

Mix:
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil or crisco
4 eggs
2 c. cookies pumpkin
⅔ c. water
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 ⅓ c. flour
2 tsp. soda
nutmeats opt.

Bake in 2 loaf pans about 1 hour at 350°.
