Recipe: Tokay Grape Salad

This cold salad would be a great one to make for a Memorial Day picnic:

Tokay Grape Salad

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 T. mayonnaise
2 T. pineapple juice
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. Tokay seedless red grapes
1 c. cream, whipped, or substitute

Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise and pineapple juice. Add marshmallows, grapes and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream.
