Tuna Melt Sandwiches
¼ pound cubed American cheese – Velveeta
3 shelled, chopped hard boiled eggs
1 c. chunk style tuna
2 – 3 chopped sweet pickles
½ c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Small amount of chopped onion – optional
Mix all items together.
Spread mixture of hamburger bun.
Can be served cold, or heated.
