1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
Salt

Heat waffle iron to 400 degrees. Cream sugar, oleo and eggs. Then add the vanilla, sifted flour, cocoa and salt. Grease waffle iron the first time, 1 minute for each batch. Drop on waffle iron by teaspoonsful. Top with frosting, nuts or powdered sugar.
