Christmas Breakfast Pie
1 (24 oz.) package frozen hash browns
1 onion, diced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups diced ham
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
Directions: Layer potatoes, onion, cheese, and ham in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk and salt, beat again. Pour over layers and chill 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes.
