This comes from my recipe box and was one of my mom’s recipes. It is a family favorite recipe. We always serve it with mashed potatoes.
2 lbs ground ham
1 lb pork roast ground
2 c bread crumbs or oatmeal
½ tsp dry mustard
salt/pepper to taste
Form into 3” balls and place in baking pan.
½ c vinegar
½ c brown sugar
small can of crushed pineapple including juice – all mixed together
Bake approximately ½ hour at 325°. Makes 15 balls.
